Disconnecting machines from a network |
|
If one of the machines in your enterprise is no longer connected to a particular network, you can reflect this change in your ENT Inventory by disconnecting the machine in question. This will stop ENT NetCenter from trying to audit the machine when performing a network scan and ensure that the information stored in your ENT Inventory is an accurate representation of what actually exists on the networks that you manage.
You can disconnect a machine from a network by selecting the network that the machine is currently recorded as being connected to, from the Networks list, then selecting the machine(s) that you wish to disconnect from the network and click on the Disconnect button on the toolbar.
