All our products are delivered, free of charge, via a download link sent to your e-mail. For an additional shipping fee, you can also have the boxed software mailed to you on CD ROM.

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail containing a download link for the full version of the software, and instructions on how to install this. Since on line orders typically take less than one minute to process, delivery is effectively immediate.

Media Kits are available for Enterprise Server from our online store. If you order a media kit for the software then in addition to immediate electronic delivery of the software you will also receive a backup copy of the software on CD-ROM (in a DVD case).

Product CDs are sent via UPS ground courrier (for orders inside the US) or via Air Mail (for international orders), within two business days after receiving the order. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery (US addresses) and 4 weeks for delivery (non-US addresses), although actual shipping times are usually much less.
