Desktop Edition

In order to install Microforge.net Enterprise Server Desktop Edition, you will need:

A Microsoft SQL Server 2000 / 2005 database server. If you do not have an MS SQL Server 2000 database server, then you can install MSDE**, which is a FREE light weight version of SQL Server that we provide with the install set for ENT Server.
Corporate Edition

In order to install Microforge.net Enterprise Server Corporate Edition, you will need:

A Microsoft SQL Server 2000 / 2005 database server. If you do not have an MS SQL Server 2000 database server, then you can install MSDE**, which is a FREE light weight version of SQL Server that we provide with the install set for ENT Server.
Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS). IIS is included in most Microsoft operating systems, and can be installed as an Operating System component from the Windows Control panel, if it is not already available on your machine.
Ideally, ENT Server should be run on Windows 2000/2003 Server, but if you have a small network or simply want to test the software, then any computer with Windows 2000 or later will do.
