Outgoing Email Configuration

The following screenshot shows the configuration page where you can specify how your ENT Server should send outgoing email. You can configure basic settings, as with any POP/SMTP client. However you can also specify how ENT Server should send alerts for things such as faults and changes that are discovered with the equipment you manager or for other alertable events.

POP Settings

Configure ENT Server to collect email from any POP or MS Exchange servers. End users can then submit new support requests (helpcalls) to your helpdesk via email.
