Helpcall Summary The helpcalls area in ENT Server provides you with a summary of support requests (helpcalls ) that you have received from the users that you support.
Helpcall Details Detailed information for each of the helpcalls in your helpdesk allows you to quickly look up information about the end user that requested assistance, the technician who is responsible for ensuring a successful resolution of the issue and a complete history of all communications relating to the helpcall.
Knowledge Base Articles Articles that you write in ENT Server, perhaps for common problems that your end users are facing, can be made available in a self help section on your company's website.
WYSIWYG HTML Editor Since the articles that you write will be published in HTML format, a complete HTML Editor is included in ENT NetCenter.
