If you ordered one of our products and specified "Electronic Delivery" during the order process, you should typically receive an email from our distributor (SWREG) within 5 minutes of having placed that order which confirms the details of your order and explains how the product will eventually be delivered (by us). If you do not receive anything from our distributor then it may be the case that the email was blocked by and anti-spam filter on your mail system.

Once we receive notification of the order from our distributor, we will verify that order and send you information on how to obtain your registered copy of the software (electronically) and register this with our online registration servers. You should typically receive this information from us within 24 hours of having placed your order. If you have not received anything within 24 hours then please contact us by telephone.

If you requested a media kit for the software then in addition to the above information, you should receive a copy of the software on CD ROM within 5-10 days. If you do not receive anything within three business weeks then please contact Microforge.net support (to date, no one has ever had to contact us about this, but you never know).
