What is MDAC and how do I get it?

MDAC is used by Network Auditor, Network Inventory Manager and Report Forge to store and retrieve data from your inventory databases. MDAC has been part of the operating system since Windows 98 Second Release, and is not included in our product install sets. However, if you are running an earlier versions of windows than this, you can obtain MDAC as an operating system upgrade from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
