'PNP Devices enum error' is one of the possible network status codes that could be returned when conducting machine audits or network scans.
This error is likely caused by a corrupted WMI repository and certain customers have been able to resolve this simply by reseting WMI, as described in our knowledge base article http://www.microforge.net/kb/102. However this has not worked in all cases - in some cases a complete OS reinstall was required.
If you wish to fix the problem then you should be aware that this is a problem with the Microsoft Operating System (not with our software) and you will have to open a support case with Microsoft in order to seek a resolution.
