Enterprise Server ships with a variety of pre-built which are contained in the standard report packs (*.rpk files) which you will find in the program installation directory for ENT Report Forge once this is installed. You can download the latest version of these reports below, along with any other reports that we have made available.

We will be constantly adding to these reports, so if you have any requests for reports that you would like then please email us at support@microforge.net and we will endeavour to produce a report to suit your needs.

Inventory Reports
Detailed Computers by CPU

This report displays detailed information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by the Central Processing Unit.

Detailed Computers by Domain

This report displays detailed information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by the domain that they belong to.

Detailed Computers by Location

This report displays detailed information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by the ir physical location.

Detailed Computers by Operating System

This report displays detailed information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by their operating system.

Detailed Spare Parts by Type

This report displays detailed information on your spare parts, ordered by the spare part type: General plug and play devices, hard drives, network adapters, processors and video controllers.

Loaned Miscellany Details

This report displays information on loaned miscellany items.

Computers by Service Pack

This report displays summary information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by their currently installed Service Pack.

Computers by CPU

This report displays summary information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by their Central Processing Unit.

Computers by Domain

This report displays summary information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by the domain which they belong to.

Computers by Location

This report displays summary information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by their physical location.

Computers by Operating System

This report displays summary information on all the computers entered into your Enterprise Server grouped by their operating system.

Miscellany by Location

This report displays all the your miscellany items. The miscellany items are grouped by their location and include information on the minimum stock level, total quantity, availability and number in use.

Networks Summary

This report displays detailed information on networks that have been identified by Enterprise Server.

Spare Parts by Location

This report displays summary information for all of your spare parts grouped by their physical location.

Spare Parts byType

This report displays general information on your spare parts, ordered by the spare part type: General plug and play devices, hard drives, network adapters, processors and video controllers.

Understocked Miscellany

This report displays details on miscellany items which have fallen under your designated minimum stock levels.

Computer Parts by Machine

A list of parts installed on the machines in your network.

Machines by IP Address

A list of machine IP addresses grouped by Network.

Machines by Location

A list of machines grouped by Location.

Software Reports
Detailed Installed Software

For each software product that has been installed on the network, the report displays the details of the product and lists all of the machines that the software is currently installed on.

Installed Software by Computer

This report displays all computers (or selected computers) and displays all of software installations currently identified on the corresponding computer.

Installed Software Summary

This report displays the number of computers which have the specified software installed.

Installed Software

For each software product that has been installed on the network, this report displays the product name and version and the number of computers that the software is currently installed on.

Computers by Software Installs

This report displays a list of computers which have a particular software product installed.

Computers without software installed

This report displays a list of computers which do not have the specified software installed.

Over Licensed Software

This report displays information for all user licensed software which you currently hold spare licenses for. This report can help you to identify which software products you may have over purchased licenses for.

User License Analysis

This report displays the number of Software Installations versus the number of User Licenses specified in Enterprise Server.

Software Legitimacy Summary

This summary report provides you with information on the licensing status of installed software on your network computers.

Under Licensed Software

This report gives you summary information on user licensed software which is currently over installed on computers on your networks. It tells you which software products are over installed.

Contract Summary by Location

A summary of all the software contracts that you have recorded in the Software Licensing section of your inventory, grouped by the managed site to which each contract applies.

Contract Summary by Product

A summary of all the software contracts that you have recorded in the Software Licensing section of your inventory, grouped by product.

Duplicate Operating System Product Keys

This report identifies duplicate Product Keys in the Operating Systems installed on the network.

Duplicate Product Keys

This report identifies duplicate Product Keys in the software installed on the network. Note that this report will only show product keys for software that is not covered by a site or proprietary license.

Operating System Product Keys

This report lists all of the Product Keys for the operating systems installed on the machines on the network.

Unassigned Product Keys

This report shows a simple list of all the unassigned product keys for the products in your organization.

Unlicensed Product Keys

This report shows a list of all software installed that has a product key, and for which there is no corresponding product key found in the software licenses recorded in your inventory.

User License Analysis (searchable)

A User License legitimacy summary, searchable by Product Name.

User License Analysis by location (separate budgets)

A User License legitimacy summary, grouped by Location.

Helpdesk Reports
Closed Helpcalls by Date

This report displays summary information for all closed helpcalls. Summary information for each user displays the total number of helpcalls resolved and the average time to resolve each helpcall.

Detailed Open Helpcalls Summary

This report gives a detailed summary of helpcalls currently open. Helpcalls are grouped by helpdesk technician and give a listing of all the activity associated with each helpcall in chronological order.

Open Helpcalls Summary

This report gives a summary of helpcalls currently open, grouped by non assigned helpcalls or the helpdesk technician who the helpcall belongs to.

Closed Helpcalls by Category - Summary

Sumarizes the number of closed helpcalls over a certain period, for each category

Closed Helpcalls by User - Summary

Sumarizes the number of closed helpcalls over a certain period, for each technician

Helpcalls Activity

The Activity Report displays all current non resolved tasks and helpcalls belonging to the logged in user. The tasks are ordered by their priority level and the helpcalls are ordered by date.

Response Times by Customer

A list of helpcall average response times for each Customer. Could be used to determine whether you helpdesk is meeting customer SLA's.

Response Times by Technician

A list of helpcall average response times for each Technician.

Calendar Reports
Appointments

This report shows you all scheduled (or completed) appointments that you have for a specified date range. NOTE: This report only displays the appointments for the currently logged in user.

Contacts

This report displays all of your basic contact details (FileAs, First and Last names, Email Address & Work Phone). Any contacts that are members of an organisation will be grouped by the organisation.

Detailed Contacts

This report displays detailed contact information. Any contacts that are members of an organisation will be grouped by their organisation.

Detailed Organizations

This report displays detailed information on your organisations. These organisations are displayed under either Managed Sites, Publishers, Vendors, Service Providers or General Organisations.

Detailed Projects

This report displays all of your projects for a specified date range and lists all of the tasks related to the project with detailed task information.

Detailed Tasks

This report displays task details for non completed tasks for the currently logged in user of Enterprise Server.

Organizations

This report displays summary information on your organisations. These organisations are displayed under either Managed Sites, Publishers, Vendors, Service Providers or General Organisations.

Projects

This report displays all of your projects for a specified date range and lists all of the tasks related to the project.

Tasks

This report displays basic task details for non completed tasks for the currently logged in user of Enterprise Server.

Completed Tasks Summary

A list of completed Tasks - can be for a specific project, or all tasks completed since a given End Date.
